D’ananas and his zany gang of misfits were the greatest thing that happened to me since muffy, sam, and geoff from Today’s special. I need a pic of D’ananas.

The groovy rockband (les skellets) were the reason I began liking hip hop. Their lyrics, their dance moves, and their gear was hype. Not to mention, le pilot, marie, and gerard.

My cousin has Telefrancais episodes 10-30 (1 or 2 of those might be missing), and she’s working on getting the rest. If I could get her to mail them to me, would any of you be interested in buying them for something like $10 (depending on postage)? I’m not sure I could get her to part with them, her kids love them.

I started watching Telfrancais in my french class just last week and I have now seen the first 2 episodes. First it scared me because I never did like fake moving talking things (I still dont even being in the 9th grade) but now its all good and I have the song stuck in my head! So over all its good even though I can only make out a few things they are saying it feels like I am a 4 year old LOL =^.^=

so i am not insane. there are others who watched the pineapple.

i saw telefrancais in the mid/late ’80s in my hometown & school outside of boston, massachusetts. cable TV package included a french language channel from canada. telefrancais was a great favorite in french class. completely demented show.

U know whats crazy I was looking up dvd programs to find my 3 year old to help her with her french. I couldn’t find anything on amazon and what i did find was a pathetic ripoff of an excuse for education. So i start going back throught how i learnt french and boom I end up here. I can’t beleive i remember the episode where anana jumps out of the plane with the umbrella thats berzerk and when i think of it, Im like hot dam this would be perfect. 5 hours 200 links and 10 phonecalls to educational supply places. I found the complete series of telefrancais from this place in toronto canada that makes you a dupe from there originals and ships it. They mostly sell to schools but you can get a 25% discount for the whole series. Yeah it cost a bit less than 600 canadian with taxes, but the french tutor she only see’s on saturdays aint exactly cheap either, and can’t be poped in everyday in the mornings. Im getting it and maybe just maybe this post my help another parent struggling to not just throw money at there childs development, but go out of there way to help there child achieve sucess. We can’t all be blessed to know french from birth.

Telefrancais was the best. I took French class in highschool about 17 years ago. I still have that dopey song in head.

I still say the anana can not fly. If anyone remembers the poll in one of the episodes.

If anyone knows where and how to get the whole series of telefrancais, je serai bien reconnaissant. I just love the whole show. I didn’t see it until a few years ago and with my students in California. I have the first ten episodes on an old VHS tape a former colleague had thrown away. I have kids now who continue French juste pour voir l’ananas.
