This painting was part of the trend of Batgirl fanart going around at the time. The texture of the paper changes how the paint sits, so that's something I attempted to work with and not against. The wide pose is awkward but made sense composition wise for me. I tried to have her blend in with her urban surroundings figuring that this DC Comics character is all about stealth.
